about Minnesota Boys of '61
Minnesota Boys of ’61 is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization founded in 2010 by a group of individuals dedicated to honoring Minnesota’s role in the Civil War and its veterans.
The vision of the Minnesota Boys of '61 is to establish a memorial honoring those who defended the Union and the State of Minnesota during the years 1861-1866. This memorial will also provide a venue for educating the public about the role Minnesota played in this time period and the courage, dedication, sacrifice, and patriotism of her citizens.
